Corporate Background

Before founding Radiant Life, Kristy spent nearly two decades building and leading learning and development functions at some of the world's most demanding organizations. She brings measurable results: she exceeded a $3M annual sales goal by $500K at Marriott, helped the MW/MA region at Louis Vuitton achieve the highest Net Promoter Score in the zone at 72%, and onboarded over 300 associates across multiple enterprise roles. She facilitated training for international audiences, contributed to five Ritz-Carlton curricula, and presented to Fortune Magazine evaluators on Marriott's global learning strategy.

Her final corporate role, at the U.S. Pharmacopeial Convention's Global Human Resources team, had her designing learning solutions for a global, ISO-compliant nonprofit operating in 140 countries. It was there — in the intersection of overextension, chronic illness, and an honest reckoning with what was sustainable — that the seeds of Radiant Life were planted.

The Founding Story

In 2017, Kristy was diagnosed with a chronic illness that forced her out of the corporate world and into a confrontation with everything she had been taught to measure success by. The healing path she walked — through energy medicine, somatic work, intuitive guidance, and deep self-inquiry — became the foundation of her consulting practice. She did not simply recover and return. She transformed.

That personal experience of navigating illness, burnout, and reinvention is not incidental to her work — it is central to it. Clients like Michele Garfield, who credits Kristy with helping her overcome limitations she had struggled with for years due to chronic illness, and Christopher Davis, who describes going "from the depths of despair to a newfound zest for life," are not outliers.
