Before founding Radiant Life, Kristy spent nearly two decades building and leading learning and development functions at some of the world's most demanding organizations. The Founding Story
In 2017, Kristy was diagnosed with a chronic illness that forced her out of the corporate world and into a confrontation with everything she had been taught to measure success by. The healing path she walked — through energy medicine, somatic work, intuitive guidance, and deep self-inquiry — became the foundation of her consulting practice. She did not simply recover and return. She transformed.
That personal experience of navigating illness, burnout, and reinvention is not incidental to her work — it is central to it.
